You’ve probably been told to get plenty of exercise on a regular basis. This often gets repeated because it is true. You need to be active on a regular basis. You must move regularly. Movement on a regular basis keeps your energy level built up. It helps your muscles stay healthy so that you can do the things you need to do. Regular exercise keeps the blood flowing and your organs functioning. You don’t exercise because you want to be ripped (though some do). It’s important to exercise for your health.
